Booking Policy:

Welcome to

To The Moon: Tech Coaching!

At To The Moon: Tech Coaching, we believe in creating a smooth, respectful, and flexible experience for both clients and coach.
This Booking Policy explains how appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for all coaching, tutoring, and consultation services.

 

💫 1. Appointments & Scheduling

  • All services are provided online only via Google Meet, Zoom, or another virtual platform.

  • Clients may book multiple sessions per week if desired, depending on availability.

  • A valid email address is required at the time of booking so you can receive your confirmation, meeting link, and session reminders.

 

🌙 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the session start time are considered late and are non-refundable.

  • No-shows (when a client misses a session without notice) are also non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

 

If an emergency arises, please reach out — we understand life happens, and we’ll do our best to find a reasonable solution.

 

🚀 3. Late Arrivals

If you are late to your session, the appointment will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking.


If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be marked as a no-show and considered forfeited.

 

💫 4. Session Links & Technology

  • All meetings are held online; you will receive your meeting link in your confirmation email after booking.

  • Please test your internet connection and log in a few minutes early to ensure a smooth start.

  • If technical issues on our end ever prevent your session from being completed, a make-up session or reschedule will be offered at no extra charge.

 

🌙 5. Payment

  • All paid services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Payment is processed securely through Wix Payments or Square.

  • Free consultations do not require payment but must still be scheduled through the booking system.

 

💫 6. Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.


In short, refunds are not provided for late cancellations, no-shows, or missed sessions, but may be granted in special circumstances as outlined in that policy.

 

🌠 7. Communication

  • Confirmation emails and meeting links are sent automatically after booking.

  • Reminder emails are typically sent 24–48 hours before your session.
