At To The Moon: Tech Coaching, your learning experience matters to us.
We want every student and coaching client to feel supported, confident, and satisfied with their sessions or course materials.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how to request one.

 

💫 1. 1:1 Coaching and Tutoring Sessions

 

🌙 Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Coaching and tutoring sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance of the appointment time.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within less than 48 hours, the session is considered used and non-refundable.

  • If you miss a session without notice (“no show”), the payment is non-refundable.

 

We understand that life happens — if you have an emergency, please reach out and we’ll do our best to find a reasonable solution.

 

🚀 2. Free Consultations

Free consultations are complimentary and do not require payment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible so the time can be offered to another client.

💫 3. Self-Paced and Prerecorded Courses

  • Refunds for self-paced courses are available within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied and have not completed more than 25% of the content.

  • Refunds will not be granted for completed or substantially accessed courses.

  • To request a refund, contact hello@tothemoon-techcoaching.com with your order details.

 

🌙 4. Group Classes and Workshops (Future Offerings)

 

For live group classes or workshops, refunds are available up to 5 days before the class start date.
Once a class has begun, payments are non-refundable since seats are limited and preparation time is required.

 

💼 5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that processing times vary depending on your payment provider (Wix Payments or Square) and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Refunds are always processed for the amount paid, excluding any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment processor.
