By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any of our educational services — including Self-Paced Courses, 1:1 Coaching Sessions, or Group Classes — you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read carefully before enrolling.

 

1. Services Provided:
 

Self-Paced Courses:
Prerecorded video modules, digital materials, and other learning resources provided through our website.

 

1:1 Coaching:
Scheduled live sessions provided virtually via Zoom, Google Meet, or another approved platform.

Group Classes:
Live or recorded sessions involving multiple participants. These may include workshops, webinars, or collaborative learning experiences conducted online or in person.

 

Additional Technologies:
While many of our courses and coaching services currently focus on Salesforce, To The Moon: Tech Coaching plan to expand to include other software platforms, technologies, or certification areas in the future. All terms outlined here apply equally to any future educational topics or products.

 

2. Payment & Access

​

• Payment must be completed in full before access to any course, group class, or coaching session is granted.

• Access to Self-Paced Courses is provided for as long as the course remains active on our website.

• Coaching sessions and group classes must be scheduled in advance.

• Payment plans (if offered) must be completed as agreed; failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access.

 

3. Refund Policy

 

Self-Paced Courses:
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. Requests must be submitted in writing to Hello@ToTheMoon-TechCoaching.com.

 

1:1 Coaching Sessions:
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Missed or same-day cancellations are not refundable.

 

Group Classes & Workshops:
Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the class start time. After that time, fees are non-refundable due to limited seating and preparation requirements.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Intellectual Property

​

All course materials, videos, workbooks, handouts, presentations, and coaching content are the intellectual property of To The Moon: Tech Coaching.

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own learning only.

• Sharing, copying, redistributing, or reselling content is strictly prohibited without written permission.

• Access to recorded sessions or group class replays (when applicable) is for registered participants only.

 

No Corporate Affiliation:
To The Moon: Tech Coaching is an independent educational business. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Salesforce, Inc. or any other software company. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

5. No Guarantees

 

We provide education, guidance, and resources designed to help you build technology and professional development skills.
However, we do not guarantee certification, job placement, or specific results. Success depends on your personal effort, application, and circumstances.

 

Accuracy of Information:
We make every effort to keep course content up to date, but software platforms frequently release updates. We cannot guarantee that every feature or interface will match the most recent version at all times. Learners are encouraged to reference official documentation and certification resources for current requirements.

6. Technology Requirements

​

Students are responsible for having a computer, internet access, and any required software to participate in coaching sessions, courses, or group classes.
To The Moon: Tech Coaching is not responsible for technical difficulties on the participant’s end.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, To The Moon: Tech Coaching and its instructors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.

​

While the business maintains insurance, participation in all courses and coaching services is at your own risk. Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

8. Business Structure

​

To The Moon: Tech Coaching operates as a sole proprietorship. All services are provided under this business structure.

9. Changes to Services

​

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course, coaching session, or group class at any time. If a paid course or service is discontinued, affected students with active access will be notified.

10. Right to Refuse Service

​

To The Moon: Tech Coaching reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to any course or service at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of non-payment, misuse of materials, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or participants.

​

If services are terminated for violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

11. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
